Refund policy

Rare Naked Plant Co. shall not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred during shipment by the carrier. Plants are guaranteed to arrive alive during winter months only if full winter protection is purchased; otherwise, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. It is strongly advised to record unboxing videos in case the package arrives damaged or if concerned of plants health. If dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us promptly with accompanying pictures and/or videos, and we will work to reach a satisfactory resolution.
